About a month ago I started revisiting some of the books of my childhood and for some reason I just could not place this one other than that the cover looked like the sky and that it was written in verse. Now after rereading as an adult I know why this book stuck in my subconscious. Writing has always been my refuge and this book reminded me so much of who I was at the time. 📝💕
I'm so glad I was able to track this book down from my childhood now that I am rekindling my first writing love-- poetry. 🖤📓

Ok, so I know that "I don't remember the title, but it's blue" has become a joke in the librarian/book retailer communities, but this was totally me this week. ? Recently I have been thinking about the books I read as a teen and I distinctly remember the cover of this book and that it was written in verse, but literally nothing else. I'm glad I figured it out before I started nagging my librarian tho. ?
