I was looking at google images for old school Batman panels for today's prompt when I was reminded that there was an actual villain in Green Arrow named #onomatopoeia that perfectly fits the bill. Gotta love comics. 😆 #jubilantjuly

Much to my surprise, Green Arrow has emerged as my favourite DC property. This volume collects all 15 issues of Kevin Smith's run with artists Phil Hester and Andre Parks, and it's a gripping story of superheroic resurrection and found families. I ate it up.
Despite Smith's comments about it being continuity-heavy, it's also a great jumping-on point. QUIVER, included herein, was the first GA story I ever read, and I had no trouble following it.
No, YOU geek out whenever a bit of SANDMAN crops up in another DC comic.
Older comics that treat now-common tech as rare and unusual delight the hell out of me. (See also: the issue of FANTASTIC FOUR where they know the Wakandans are advanced because their stereos all have tape decks.)
