They go down bellow the castle and extract a few stones that keep the castle afloat and use them to shape a tiny flying vessel. They load it with jewels and treasures to bring back. Before they set off, Mira's teacher reveals that Mira isn't actually a slave but a princess who's powers were taken by her dad, the High Shaper(king). Nicolas Galatonov High Shaper got word of their location. They barely get back to the base on the vessel. The next morning, a man named Joe shows up. He says an army of legionnaires are approaching. When they show up, they say they need to buy a certain slave. Cole makes a scene and escapes with Mira to the port. Jace, Twitch and Joe follow them. They take a flying vessel and escape. The legionnaires follow them but lose the group in the cloudwall. Cole and his 2y
Nicolas Galatonov friends find an old strong shaper named Declan. Him and his colleagues gives them items to help them stay away from the legionnaires. He also tells them that Mira's power is slipping away from the High Shaper and that it is taking form somewhere in the Kingdom. He tells the group to seek out Berta who will help them. They go all the way to Berta and she tells them that a monster named Carnag has been wreaking havoc in villages and that Carnag is 2y
Nicolas Galatonov probably the form that Mira's shaping took. They seek out Carnag and start to fight it. Carnag is a giant made of dirt, rock, houses and any other matter that it could get its hands on. Carnag shapes the ground around them to try to trap or hurt them but the group holds out. They are finally captured by Carnag and put into cages that she molded into her body. They use shaping to make their way into the center of Carnag and find a woman there 2y
Nicolas Galatonov “guiding“ Carnag. Carnag wants what is best for itself and thinks the woman is helping her but in reality shes's just helping herself. They fight them on the inside and finally defeat Carnag. They then discover that Mira's sister is in danger in the next Kingdom so they set course there. The point of view is third person limited. We know this because the narrator follows Cole and refers to him by his name. We also sometimes get a view at Cole's 2y
Nicolas Galatonov emotions and what he is thinking in that moment. Usually we just follow Cole and get to see what is going on though. 2y
