Cucumber Quest: The Ripple Kingdom
Cucumber Quest: The Ripple Kingdom | Gigi D.G.
6 posts | 4 read | 1 to read
The quest to save Dreamside continues! After a surprise attack at sea, Cucumber finds himself in the Ripple Kingdom, home to white sand, blue waves . . . oh yeah, and the giant, terrible squid monster holding Almond and Sir Carrot captive. Can our so-called "legendary hero" rescue his companions from the nefarious Splashmaster? Nah, probably not. Good thing Princess Nautilus is here! With her wit, charm, and positive attitude, there's no way they can lose. But saving the day won't be as simple as it seems once a 500,000-year-old secret comes to light . . . Adapted from the popular webcomic series of the same name, Cucumber Quest: The Ripple Kingdom is the second book of a clever, adorable, and hilarious four-volume heroic adventure that is sure to make you hungry for sweets and action.

I absolutely am in love with Splashmaster, I know.. I know, he's the villain for this one but he's also so freaking adorbs but then again there's also the Nightmare Knight, who got me intrigued due to his one action so I came away liking the villains in this book a lot more than any of the other characters. Didn't like the new character but we'll see ..

Personally I want to see more of the Nightmare Knight 😂

Calli and Zeus have slept most of the day but now they‘re a bit more active and chewing bones. Loving this graphic novel! #dogsoflitsy #24in48

I think a few of us would be guilty of this.

This series is really fun. It‘s an all ages graphic novel with cuteness off the charts. Cucumber is supposed to be the hero of the story, but the real hero is his sister Almond. I should probably mention that they are bunnies. That are on a quest to save the seven kingdoms. In book two they battle the squid monster, how is as dumb as he looks.

readinginthedark What's the first in this series? 8y
LibrarianRyan @readinginthedark no. This is book 2. It will be out end of summer I think. Book 1 is out now and review somewhere on my page. 8y
