7 Ate 9

6 has a problem. Everyone knows that 7 is always after him. Word on the street is that 7 ate 9. If that's true, 6's days are numbered. Lucky for him, Private I is on the case. But the facts just don't add up. It's odd. Will Private I put two and two together and solve the problem . . . or is 6 next in line to be subtracted?

#BiblioMAYnia Day 3: So, you have a Private I and a client who happens to be number 6, afraid for his life, because he is pretty convinced that, well.. 7 ate 9. Makes sense that he might be next, right? The #Endpages alone suggest that this book is cleverly conceived from start to finish as seen in the upper right hand image. My review of this entertaining story filled with brilliant wordplay: https://wp.me/pDlzr-irz

Day #9 for #NovemberbytheNumbers with a book based on my all time favorite joke:

“Why is 6 afraid of 7? Because 7 8 9!”

I️ was literally LOL reading this in the school library today. It‘s super clever all the way through with lots of number puns and plenty of word play. Definitely recommended! #childrenslit

This is a cute Number book. I loved this page about a "perfect" 10! Very colorful and a fun way to teach children about numbers.

readingatdawn Love this book! Kids really get into it. 7y
Graciouswarriorprincess @readingatdawn I can see that with kids. It is really cute! Just plain fun! 👍🏻😃 7y
Emily92Bibliophile This came in as one of the new books a couple weeks ago- my coworkers were having so much fun reading it aloud to each other!😂 7y

"Numbers are always in a problem." ... "7 is after me," says 6. Private I, "7 is always after you. That's how it goes, 5, 6, 7." (loose quote, but I couldn't help but read this in Bogie's voice.)
