There used to be This and That, now there is all. Such a colorful simple book about accepting and celebrating differences. Easy enough for toddlers.

Workers' Rights 101. Interesting. After the year we've had it felt like foreshadowing (as Doctorow seems too good at). Curious to see what the future holds for kids and the internet.

Great art, but a flash through their crime career made it hard to root for or jeer anyone.

It is the obvious which is so difficult to see most of the time. People say 'It's as plain as the nose on your face.' But how much of the nose on your face can you see, unless someone holds a mirror up to you? #nationalsciencefictionday #scifi

If you liked Simon vs the Homo Sapien Agenda, you will love this historical romp through the Regency. It's full of drama, flair, and humor. I would like a stronger ending, but maybe that means a second book.

Having just finished it, I still need time to dissect all the pieces. It was a hard book to read for all the heavy emotions. Flashbacks to happier times were only bittersweet and didn't seem to ease any tension.

Cute romance. I'm a little upset that the focus turned more to their dance than Dimple's app. But I liked how they challenged each other to grow. #vacationread

"Numbers are always in a problem." ... "7 is after me," says 6. Private I, "7 is always after you. That's how it goes, 5, 6, 7." (loose quote, but I couldn't help but read this in Bogie's voice.)

Thinking about this sci-fi book that humorously, dramatically focuses on the battle between science and nature. And what is consciousness/conscience? Also a person's place in all the madness. Lots of thoughts = a good book. #bookstagram

DebbieGrillo How did you like this? I loved Aristotle and Dante! 8y
kittystardust @DebbieGrillo I think I liked Aristotle and Dante more. This is growing on me the more I think about it and looking from a teen pov. 8y

Definitely makes this era accessible and closes the distance we as a future generation seemed to have put between us and their fight.

First book of 2017. My heart missed Adrien and Jake. While no major mystery to solve in this novella, it was great to see my favorite couple settle in their relationship after a long, rocky road. #mystery #romance #firstbookof2017

Learning more about Earle Stanley Gardner was a treat, unfortunately the description of fashion seemed to overshadow to mystery.
