The second book in the Graveyard Queen series. We learn a bit more about Amelia‘s origins and where her gift comes from. I loved this book. It was a great combination of spooky and great storytelling.

I felt that there was so much good that could be utilized but then it became too much. The mystery aspect felt lost in the rush to get to the main twists and realizations and the book was wrapped up so fast that it felt like someone tying knots instead of wrapping up loose ends. I could write more but my feelings aren‘t exactly straightforward about this book. I recommend for an easy read but not for strong component in a series.

Wow! I picked up this book this morning & barely put it down. I devoured it. I love that the protagonist is a graveyard restorer - that in itself is fascinating. And now onto book 3.

Delving into the 2nd book in The Graveyard Series! I hear they keep getting better, so I have expectations to be fulfilled.
