I think that homeowner was nuts 🥜 for staying there with his family. I would have moved out ASAP! Did you know about the reputation of that house, or learn of it after the book was written? 2/5👿s
If I hadn‘t promised my friend to read this book I would totally bail. I am 60 pages in and annoyed. First, the author seems rather arrogant. Second, he keeps attributing difficult things in his life to an evil force 🙄
A friend of mine really wants me to read this book so we can talk about it. It seems a little scary and I am super skeptical about this kind of stuff 😬

My husband and I actually visited your city in 2017, so many of the items brought back memories of our trip.
