A man turning grass in a freshly mown field thinks of himself and the mower as each doing his solitary job, but sees something that gives him a glimpse into the thoughts of the earlier worker, and prompts this beautiful closing line.
Trying to buy my way out of this book slump my eyes have got me into, since I stopped reading before my new glasses I just can't seem to pick back up. I've only read two books so far this month! Two!! I've tried mood reading, I've tried One Chapter Choice, I've tried rereading favourites and I've tried audiobooks. What else is there to break slumps? I need your advice Littens, what other method should I try to break my bookbrain out of its apathy?
