I feel like I am “back on track”! This week I finished my 5th book - goal was 5; and I read 17.9 hours - goal was 10.5/week! My steps were 44,016 - goal was 40,000/week. I‘m feeling good! Now I‘m going to work on getting back on my intermittent fasting track. Thank you so much for this. I really needed it.
