Not book related, but I thought I‘d share what kept me from reading and Litsy-ing last night.
My Gramma (who passed away in 2001) always made Asparagus casserole for Thanksgiving and Christmas-it‘s a family favorite. But she was from the convenience generation, so everything was canned and prepackaged. A couple of years ago, I doctored it up with homemade cream of mushroom soup and fresh asparagus.
