I experienced so many emotions reading this one. I was really sad when it ended. I could have continued reading about this family for another 100 pages.

Not a book I would usually read. However I really enjoyed listening to it. Second audio book for me. I‘m getting into it. Now to find a bit more variety. The local library doesn‘t seem to have much available online.

So this book is marketed as suspense and a mystery—it was neither. I checked this out from my local library after finding the book recommended to readers who were looking for books similar to Flowers in the Attic. I was that reader but this was not that book. I will say the writing was solid, it was the plot that left me dissatisfied.
