Sometimes people just disappear...Plenty of people feel overwhelmed, or under-appreciated. Sometimes those people walk out on their jobs or families, and turn their backs on what used to be their lives.This book has nothing to do with those people.This book is about the people who don't want to leave their lives behind, but are forced to. They are forced out by souls that jump from one body to the next, displacing the personalities of the bodies they inhabit and discarding them when they have finished their business.These body-snatching souls are called ringers.For far too long they have worked behind the scenes, laboring in obscurity as their memories fade with each change. It's time that the world know about ringers, and it's a story only a ringer can tell.That's why I wrote this book, to shove another blatant truth in front of humanity and watch it be ignored in favor of meaningless triviality. We'll call it fiction, so people can easily return to their personal fictional viewpoint after reading it.The last thing those that live outside the system ever expect to see is someone living in the system that believes the truth when they see it. So far, we have yet to be surprised.If you can hear the ringing, it's already too late.
