pickA dystopian post apocalyptic novel that brought to mind elements of the 80s movie Blade Runner but a better, and more interesting and hopeful story.
It's the story of an epileptic teenager nicknamed Spaz, who begins the heroic fight to bring human intelligence back to the planet. Highly recommend

pickAll in all this was a very enjoyable read. This was referred to me by a very good friend (Hi Holly! 🤘🏻). I would definitely recommend this book to anybody who likes interesting dystopian novels and younger readers such as preteen and up.

so-soA decent dystopian novel to give struggling readers in place of The Giver.
panI was asked to teach this as part of a curriculum pilot for my high school English class. It was an o.k. Book. Not one I would ever read or teach again. The plot was a little convoluted and the theme of how writing and reading are important are not present in the story.
