This was a weird little book about a bunny that swallows a bee when he's yawning. The thing is that this bee has the nerve to fall asleep in the bunny's throat! Can't image how uncomfortable that was! So he's got to make the softest sound to wake it up. Strange, Margaret Wise Brown, just strange. #kidlit #raisingreaders

[DELETED] 3803335244 We recently read a strange one by her as well. About a scarecrow, the illustrations creeped my kids out. Sounds like the story line is the weird thing in this book. Cute bunny on the front though. 8y

IamIamIam @ForeverNerdy I actually wouldn't allow it in my house... LMAO, it's my second most unpopular opinion besides not liking Pride & Prejudice! 🤣 The Color Kittens was always my favorite and my kids love it too. It's one of my favorite read alouds! 8y
