#IndelibleMoments Day 25: Poetry is my refuge, my form of #Healing - along with a drive up the Jebel Hafeet mountain on a weekend to watch the sunset and see the bright lights as night blankets the sky. Photo taken last night by the husband. 💕

All whom we loved.
In the quiet air lived
the happiness they had given.
And would still give, if only.
You would slow down a minute.
You would bend.

A lovely sunny day off, so I took another jaunt to another #indiebookstore, this time a couple hours north of me, in Williamsport, PA. A super selection of books, (plus lots of greeting cards and postcards) and of course I couldn‘t choose just one. But a couple things turned me off a tiny bit… There weren‘t really any places to sit, so it didn‘t have the cozy feel I love. And they were selling ARCs. Granted, they were cheap, but still…

Zelma I hate seeing arcs for sale. It really annoys me. I tend to either pass mine along to someone or throw them out. I am rethinking donating to the library book sale but am still undecided. 7y
MuddyPuddle @Zelma Library book sales work OK for me, it‘s different than a retail store, don‘t you think? I really shouldn‘t let it bother me, life is too short, right? 7y
