The book is well written and the plot interesting but somehow I didn‘t like it as much. Deven,a Hindi professor who is an Urdu poetry lover decides to record the works of a distinguished Urdu poet Nur. In doing so, he becomes not only the custodian of Nur‘s verse and genius but also of all his personal problems.
I liked the part abt Deven and Murad‘s friendship as it depicts how even old friendships can be toxic and survive only because of habit.
