This is an easy read, without too many characters to keep track of. Free for kindle. Most books in the series are just 2.99 for kindle. Right now the author also has book nine, Wed or Alive for 99cents. I have read several in the series and reading out of order does not make much of a difference. (We all know the sleuth eventually ends up with the attractive detective, right?) If you are having trouble concentrating this might be for you.

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick I saw something on Twitter the other day mentioning a freebie from somewhere & another saying it's usually the same on the other services. I wouldn't have thought about checking otherwise but I also have no space for a Nook app. (Sorry B&N) 4y
