Across the Ages: dual timeline (1727 and 1927) and time travel; that is right up my alley.
The Pirate Bride: I loved the characters in this novel. However, I'm not a fan of age gap romance so that brought it down for me.
pick#2 in the Daughters of the Mayflower series, featuring Maribel who is the great granddaughter of the female lead in The Mayflower Bride. I didn‘t love this one like I loved the first book, although I did like it. This is set during the early 1700‘s and has real history written into the story from when Spain and France were at odds during this time. Maribel is quite plucky and very likable (although her very lite romance is a little unusual).
so-soI appreciated the writing better than the first in the series and who doesn‘t enjoy a pirate adventure? But the love story rubbed me the wrong way.

pickFinished this one today. Loved it. It had fun adventure ohh and pirates.
Next up on my TBR for the month of May. I thought I wanted to read a cozy mystery I also added to my TBR but nope I'm on a roll busting here's my arcs.
