I really enjoyed it. For #RippedBodiceBingo - heroine smells like a flower (there are vanilla flowers), wine and spirits, and eloping.

Whoa. A romance featuring a survivor of a school shooting and an ex-alcoholic chef is a tricky premise, and then add to that the fact that the heroine was also the divorce attorney for the hero‘s ex-wife. This novel handles the touchy subject matter with compassion and the happily ever after is so worth it.

Love, loved this book. Couldn‘t put in down. This author is the very best in story telling and character development. This is the 2nd in Roni Loren‘s newest series. I‘ve read all her books, and this author never disappoints.

#ARC #Review: The One You Can't Forget by Roni Loren with Sourcebooks Casablanca. The story for this installment was well-written, but I had a big problem with the heroine and her legal ethics.⠀

Rebecca is a divorce lawyer as well as a survivor of a school shooting. One night on her way home she is mugged and has flash backs to the shooting. Wes comes to her aid. What Wes doesn't know is that Rebecca was his wife's divorce lawyer and is the reason that he lost everything he worked so hard for. He is upset when he find out who she is. But they work through their issues together. So glad I got an ARC from Netgalley!

2. At my first job everyone would read when we were slow. At the time I wasn't a big reader and I didn't have anything to do so I decided I would try to read something too. I have been a book lover ever since!
3. Anytime is a good time to read!
4. I read Columbine about a month ago and I am still thinking about it! Also B.A. Paris new book that comes out next month I am still thinking about the ending!
