First Man In: Leading from the Front | 
pickSpent a lovely day a Kew Gardens and managed to polish this one off while sitting on the bench outside waiting for my buddies.
I've seen his TV programmes, and thought he was just 'the shouty SAS man'. Really interesting to read about his life, how he has became a leader and turned his positive mindset into his greatest weapon. I particularly liked the chapter about patience as a weapon. Not my usual read, but inhaled it in 4 days! Fascinating.
