I was re-organizing my bookshelf and found this the other day... it's proven to be very timely.

A quick uplifting read. She gets it!

Okay, just finished this one and not only was there a lot of great art advice for troubling times, it might have also helped me see a path out of some of my negative thought patterns.

There are exercises to do, advice, and anecdotes. Check it out, it‘s worth the time.
