Very good. Shows a different side to the queen that everyone remembers as the one that wasn't what Henry VIII thought. Very well written and has given me a new perspective on this subject. Recommended.

Need your advice please.

This is the situation: I bought a signed copy of this book when it was released but since then I have bought tickets to a BBC History weekend talk about this from the author and there maybe a signing at the end of the talk. Do I take this book and get it double signed or do I take a book in this series that I have that wasn't pre signed even though the talk is about this book? Thoughts please 😘📚📖

Librarybelle I think it would be fine to take a book from the series to the event. I‘ve seen others do this at author book signings, and no one had questioned it. 5y

Update: #Waterstones have kindly swapped my non signed edition for the signed edition!!! Definitely can't wait to read this now!!

Also this is much needed good news as my Nana who is 93 and has got Vascular Dementia has had a fall and broken two of her ribs and is in hospital.
