5🌟 This cover makes WAY more sense now that I've read the book. It was a lovely introduction to the series, and a great novella over all. I love the inclusion of all the celtic mythology. It's even sent me back to my celtic mythology references. I'm so excited to dig into this series, the Welsh brand of celtic Mythology, and the absolute #nerdventure ahead of me.

This about sums up how I feel about Christian soteriology and metaphysics. You end up in a wave of circular logic that never allows for anyone who is not Christian to ever do any good...and yet people who are not Christian do good every day (and they certainly don't vote for a man they describe as a "horrible human being" but "God loves Republicans"). This certainly explains to me many people's atavism in their spiritual lives these days.

I've got my old friend out to help me with this awesome series of novellas, especially since I am not nearly as familiar with the Welsh iteration of celtic Mythology as I am the Irish (and to a lesser extent the Scottish). I think it's only fitting for this series, seeing as the cover art is Edward Burne-Jones's Arthur in Avalon.

Love finding alternate covers for books which I tend to go looking for right before I start a book...in this case I've got the whole 8 book series in one volume (thank God for ebooks)!!! I am so excited for this series. I'm hoping its as good as all the other #sarahwoodbury @Texreader and I have read. I'm sure it will be. Loving free Sarah Woodbury books. The prequel to one series, “Daughter of Time,” and the first book of two other series, “Cold My Heart” and “The Last Pendragon.” If the Gareth and Gwen series is any indication, these series are going to be must reads, too.
