Is the juxtaposition of these books with similar titles a coincidence??? 🤣🤣🤣
Btw, anyone read these books?

I so didn‘t want to not like this book but I just couldn‘t make it through the 1st 100 pages. I got so irritated with the dialogue between the police talking about the murderer I started skipping paragraphs and noticed I wasn‘t missing anything so had to put this one down 😕
"Books don't commit murders, even the very worst of them. That's why books are so much better than people"
Wow! What a completely bizarre ending! This book completely kept me guessing the whole way through. When there were 50 pages left I still had no idea what the resolution would be. I‘m torn because it was a really enjoyable reading experience but then the ending was pretty big stretch. I don‘t know. I want other people to read it so we can discuss, though!
Going to try to start this one while getting ready for a library event today!
I liked the book theme running through the plot, but it didn‘t wow me otherwise. Not a bad read, but not unputdownable either. And the location where the killer hid the gun was iffy since it seems like anyone could have found the weapon sooner out of curiosity or just routine cleaning since it was in a very public space.
