So women, I have the shittiest energy ever, which is none! We went grocery shopping today (safely with masks on) and I found this treasure at Sam's Club. It was a 2 pack (3 months worth for $20). When I got home I compared it to my gummy multivitamin. It has like twice the amount for everything. I cant tell u guys if it works or not since I just started tonight, but wanted to show u this.

AkashaVampie @jb72 they are pretty big. I had to use a pill cutter to cut them into small pieces. 4y

jb72 @AkashaVampie I‘m working on taking vitamins. I found a liquid B12 that I‘ve been taking. I think it does work. 4y
jb72 @AkashaVampie I know vitamin D helps. Mine was low and I had issues including my hair falling out. I didn‘t have a deficiency when I lived in Florida but I do in KY. 4y
AkashaVampie @jb72 I feel like I'm a druggie sometimes. I take iron, antidepressant, multivitamin, vitamin c, vitamin d, and now I'm taking stuff for acid reflux. Its alot. Haha 4y
jb72 @AkashaVampie I know what you mean. I take a variety of medications plus vitamins. Blood pressure. Diabetes. Vitamin D and B13. 4y
