My mind was just blown by a short story in The Dark Descent; Russell Kirk's There's A Long, Long Trail A Winding. Highly recommend it !
My current read for #24in48 after Simon Vs The Homo Sapiens ! Literally 1011 pages, but it's a collection of horror short stories, so I won't be bored !
