So after pulling some books and putting them back several times, I finally told my son to go pick 4 books off Mommy‘s bookshelf. So here are my options for this round. so-soI don't know if I can say I liked this book. I wanted to finish it as my heart used to break for Beth. I wanted to see how her story panned out but I can't say other characters in the book drew me in like her
pickIntense and heart breaking. Cure for Death By Lightning is a raw coming of age story. The many ways in which Beth meets the evils of the world as she comes of age provide some great thinking on sexuality, racism, spirituality, and abuse. At times tough to read (emotionally), definite trigger warning
