Imagine waking up in a new world, but you are not you, you are your avatar in your favorite video game. . That is the premise of Skeleton Knight. The Knight has to learn this new world and what powers from his game he can actually use in this new world. This book was full of fantasy and adventure and I can not wait to get to the rest of the series. This book also comes as a light novel.

This tagged book has both a novel and the manga. I totally bought it for the cover and didn‘t realize I bought the novel until I got home(thought I grabbed book 2). So now I own both. I believe an anime is in the works.

LibrarianRyan Impulse buy at the book store as Mark was unpacking the box at BN. Due to my profession, it screamed ā€take me homeā€¯. I would have read it already buts it‘s screaming was drowned out by the 1000 other unread books in my house. š

LibrarianRyan @Karisa yeah. So you know the flow then. About the only difference with the GN and MANGA group is most don‘t want our books written in. I‘m that way with my GNs but ya all can write in my manga. I guess to me it feels like a coloring book. šš¤“ 3y

Karisa @LibrarianRyan Of those, I'd lean towards Beastars or Fairy tale Battle Royal. . . But all look great. My son is saying that Beastars has had lots of attention on Crunchy Roll. He's so excited that I'll be reading some manga š¨ 3y

Littlewolf1 @LibrarianRyan all I can say is yes please, all them look great. I was worried about my choices because I tend to be a little on the dark side. I am open to any one of them but chainsaw man and a fairytale battle royale would have to be my number ones. 3y

LibrarianRyan @cwarnier yes. Love manga. The thing to remember is you read it backwards. You start at the back and read to the front. And while you read words left to right the panels usually flow right to left. Once you get used to it it‘s easy. 4y
