I‘ll definitely need to read more of this series. This first installment does a good job of laying the groundwork of what seems to be a wacky, gory good time. I‘m interested to find out more about the little task force Chainsaw Man finds himself a part of and what exactly their impact on devils is. The artwork is great, I love the character designs.

What a wild ride. Denji is a boy from the street who has had little love, affection, or even human contact. A devil dog becomes his heart which allows Denji to transform into the ultimate killing machine Chainsaw man. This book is so freaking good! . THere is a full cast of characters, some you love like the Fiend, and some you hate like his “savior”. This was such a great read. Can not wait to pick up book 2.

This is my favorite new manga series. Power (vol. 2‘s cover) is in the running for my favorite manga character at the moment - absolutely hilarious. Unfortunately, this series is often out of stock (I had to read vol. 3 on my phone), so I‘ve already pre-ordered 5 & 6 to make sure I get physical copies. If you enjoy manga & haven‘t picked this up yet, I highly recommend it. It‘s very funny with over-the-top action. Can‘t wait for the next book! 😈
