This was an hour long short story about a carnie kid with an interesting past. A quick fun listen that made me want to look for this anthology 🎪❤️

pick4.5/5⭐ I WANT MORE. Not because the short story wasn't sufficient enough, but because it was developed so well. Ada's voice instantly hooked me, and the depth of the carnival family and her history was shown (rather than told) perfectly.
Feeling some Harley vibes after watching Birds of Prey in the theatres this weekend. Snap of my coffee table currently after I cleaned it up and these are some books I am hoping to wrap February up with!
pickI was surprised how much I enjoyed this #paranormal #urbanfantasy #anthology as I despise carnivals. Honestly I only read it because it had a Kelly Meding story related to STRAY MAGIC and then was pleasantly surprised by the majority of the other stories. I‘ll be reading some of the other series related to these stories!
pickI enjoyed almost every story in this and that does not always happen. Great stories to fit in small sessions of time. #urbanfantasy
pickSome seriously creepy stories - I read this on a plane and still kept looking over my shoulder. If you love urban fantasy, you'll love this.
