I would use it in my future classroom, because it talks a lot about bugs which is an interest of young children. It is also interesting because it talks about the daily life of a Walkingstick

I liked the illustrations of this book. They are very simple with their bright green colors. I also liked how the author used onomatopoeia. This gives children a new concept to learn while reading this book.

I liked this book! I didn't know anything about a walking stick, so I learned something by reading this book. This book described the characteristics of a walking stick and its habitat. I enjoyed reading this book and I feel like children would enjoy it too.

The walking stick doesn't move. All day, she stays still. She can't run fast. She can't fly. She can only hide, camouflaged like a stick.

I enjoyed the illustrations, they went well with the facts given. It made it easy to visualize how the walking stick lives and goes about life.

I enjoyed this book about the walking stick insect because I had no prior knowledge about this bug. This book tells you about how they survive in wet weather conditions, how they protect their eggs, and mostly how they camouflage to hide from predators. This book also takes you on an adventure with the walking stick through the different seasons along with appropriate facts.

This book is kid friendly I like how there are basic facts but in the bottom of the page there are more facts.

There are a perfect amount of words along with pictures on the pages to where it is easy to read and fun to look at.

It involves a lot of onomatopoeias throughout the pages to bring life to the animals and environment the children are reading about! The illustrations are also very vibrant to catch the attention of young readers!
