One of the most pretentious cookbooks I‘ve come across. I took one picture of a recipe, there might have been more that are worth trying but I‘ve found them in better cookbooks.

Weaponxgirl @Crystalblu and they always seem to make desserts but never eat them cause that would ruin the effect. And the food is fiddly with hard to find ingredients for no damn good reason! It's a bugbear of mine and I'm gonna stop before I go on a rant 😉 7y

Photos and layout are outstanding. Recipes are mostly too exotic for my region. Writing reminds me of me when I have to write nice things and have nothing to go on except a looming deadline. I feel like this book is holding me back from my full potential. Or that I'm not hipster enough to get it.

I suspect most of the recipes won't do any good here since most ingredients fall under the imported section and therefore expensive AF. Interesting little profiles and photos though.
