Running Wild | 
One of my goals for this round of #bfc was to go to a Parkrun. Guess what ya girl did today?? Social anxiety has kept me from going until now, but I decided to just.. do it. And they were all SO NICE. A kind Parkrunner I've never met before paced me and I got a new 5K PB of more than a minute and a half. Can't wait for next Saturday 😂 I'll be back later with my first check in, but I just couldn't contain the excite. Had to yell about this 😂❤️

twohectobooks The social anxiety was part of what kept me from starting masters swimming and I had a very similar experience, everyone is awesome and my swimming has improved so much! 5y
