Yorrick and crew have finally made it to Japan after the kidnapped…monkeynapped…Ampersand, who may hold the key to a cure for the Y chromosome killing plague (and if it isn‘t him, why is everyone after this monkey).

Of course trouble and misadventure seems to continually shadow this crew, and as the series gets closer to it‘s finale I can‘t wait to see what happens next, and as usual the mystery seems to deepen more in this installment.

So close! And I'm enjoying the series more as I near the end!

This is my first book of 2019! The gang are finally in Japan to search for Ampersand. Dr. Mann gets more backstory, as well as a reunion with her estranged mother. There‘s some tantalizing hints about who created the mass genercide. The art has gotten better I think. I‘ve always loved the painted covers.

The Canadian pop star stuff was kinda weird. Still another great volume in the series!
