Best. Dollar. Tree. Book. Haul. 1/2
I loved Kevin Barry's "City of Bohane" & am really looking forward to more.

saresmoore HOLY CRAP! This Dollar Tree is mythical! 🦄 7y
vivastory @saresmoore Right?! It's one I've never been in. I was quite impressed! I've stuck to my ban otherwise (except for Bourdain's "Nasty Bits" when it was a Kindle deal), so I don't feel bad! 7y
saresmoore I‘m super impressed! I don‘t think you should feel bad at all. The ban clearly helped you become resourceful in your book acquisition! 😃 7y
Suet624 I love Russell Banks. I haven‘t read that one though. 7y

#dnf at about page 60 or so.
Pulled too much from Dante which I don‘t have much experience with. But I will say the hardback of this is absolutely beautiful. I might post another photo of it too. I almost kept it just for that. This was a dollar tree find.

Pickpick

I give this a 4 out of 5 stars. I enjoyed the book dispite the subject matter. It was written with warmth and love.

Rabeea I need this! 9y
CynthiasBiblioFiles This was a great book. Tragic story. The Dante connection is really interesting, if you're into Dante!😀 9y

GregoryCass Really great book. The design of the hardcover was beautiful 9y
HarperPerennial @GregoryCass It was! We couldn't quite replicate in paperback so went in another direction. 9y
HarperPerennial @CynthiasBiblioFiles So glad you liked it! 9y
CynthiasBiblioFiles I did! I love Dante, so the way that it helped Luzzi to heal and move forward was fascinating. At the time I was also reading H is for Hawk. It's amazing what helps people to deal with grief.😊 9y
