Pickpick

I enjoyed this creative novel by Aimee Lucido. Emmy has moved to a new school and given up on music her great love. She discovers that by learning to code she can create something very special and find where she belongs. The author has combined Java code, music and poetry into this beautiful book about starting over and friendship. Four ⭐️‘s for this innovative work.

Music, coding, poetry.... sign me up.
I read a blurb when this came out and was intrigued. At the bookstore I saw it was written in verse — sold!

Includes a glossary of coding terms and a glossary of music terms.
