Sooo excited about diving into this! š¤© I loved the original Dark Crystal movie as a kid (even though it terrified me), and I thoroughly enjoyed (while also being terrified) this Netflix prequel when it premiered. Ok, now I'm angry. They *fridged* the *girlfriend*!!!! In 2019. I thought they were going to handle her murder better, but no. It's plain old fridging. Shouldn't Henson Co know better? I expected better. I'm still going to watch, but it's one big strike right there.
