For the love of all that is sweet & holy, make the lemon bars in this cookbook. I don't even like lemon bars, and I ate 5 yesterday. ? The crust has pine nuts in it and is baked for longer than most other recipes, giving it a nutty flavor that helps to balance the tartness of the ?. (This is the recipe that shows up if you google "tartine lemon bars," if you don't want the book ?.) Photo lovingly kidnapped from Serious Eats.
