An obvious rip off of C S Lewis out of the silent planet. The main characters had no development the book encouraged the opposite.
1. A Wrinkle in Time
2. Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine
3. The man with six fingers
4. Sookie Stackhouse
5. I tag you!

My in-laws know me so well. Bought me a new Billy Bookcase for Christmas 😃❤❤ so I spent today rearranging some shelves and moving some stuff around (I wanted to get all my shelves together on one wall instead of two. So now I'm ready for my father-in-law to drop of my new shelf (it is too long to fit in our car.)
Multi-task reading! My cat on my lap and my daughter's cat under the coffee table both playing with this string of beaded garland. #catsoflitsy
This book is starting to get better (still on A wrinkle in time) but I still think Meg is annoying.
I'm in recovery mode after the #pieincident 😂😂 have to wait for butter to thaw before I can make another batch of dough. So I'm taking a break and having a hot hot bubble bath and a cold delicious drink. 🍷🍷🍷 and reading a couple of chapters. I'm on the fence so far about this book. I just really find Meg annoying and Charles Wallace is kind of a really unbelievable character. 🤔🤔

I've read my way through most of Madeline L'Engle's bibliography over the years (just a few left, four of which are currently on my #kindle) & #family is a continuous theme across her work. When it comes to picking one though, I must admit that I prefer Kairos to Chronos or any of the other families she writes about. A Wrinkle In Time remains one of my all time favorite books & my love for the Murray-O'Keefe's knows no bounds.

"Life, with its rules, its obligations, and its freedoms, is like a sonnet: You're given the form, but you have to write the sonnet yourself."
Good story. Easy read. I am not used to jumping from family member to family member, but I do like personal growth for each character, the history, and the theories involved.
