Sometimes the happiness were looking for has been there all along Adele and Justine have never been close. Born twenty years apart, Justine was already an adult when Addie was born. The sisters love each other but they dont really know each other. When Addie dropped out of university to care for their ailing parents, Justine, a successful lawyer, covered the expenses. It was the best arrangement at the time but now that their parents are gone, the future has changed dramatically for both women. Addie had great plans for her life but has been worn down by the pressures of being a caregiver and doesnt know how to live for herself. And Justines success has come at a price. Her marriage is falling apart despite her best efforts. Neither woman knows how to start life over but both realize they can and must support each other the way only sisters can. Together they find the strength to accept their failures and overcome their challenges. Happiness is within reach, if only they have the courage to fight for it. Set in the stunning coastal town of Half Moon Bay, California, Robyn Carrs new novel examines the joys of sisterhood and the importance of embracing change.

4💗💗💗💗 I enjoyed this quick read filled with realistic life challenges and heartfelt romance. The main character is taking care of her parents. She's a likable character that handles her problems triumphantly. A feel good read with a fulfilling ending.

I made #Bingo on the row 3, but I'm still reading the rest of the books for my July TBR. This was fun, it helped me stay on track, thank you @TheAromaofBooks for organizing this.

#Easterextravaganza @Andrew65 I am onto my third book out of four. I just might hit 5 books if I finish my audible tomorrow. The tagged book is enough to keep my attention. I just bailed on one. May try to go back and pick it up but the way times are right now...need to be a fast mover to keep me interested. I blame #covid19.

Andrew65 Good luck with getting to 5 books. 👏👏👏🙌 5y
Andrew65 We all need books that are fast moving at the moment o counter any brain drift! 5y
Reecaspieces @Andrew65 driving me nuts!!! 😂 5y
plemmdog I laughed and almost did a double-take on this one. I‘m not sure if you‘re familiar with the TV show Schitt‘s Creek, but the flamboyant character Moira Rose used to be on a soap opera called Sunrise Bay, which was probably as mediocre 😬 5y
Reecaspieces @plemmdog ha!! I agree...probably mediocre. But schitt creek is something else! 5y

There is something about stories about sisters that really appeals to me. This story of sisters Adele and Justine is set in the beautiful little town of Half Moon Bay.

Beautifully written, I highly recommend it as a quick read.
