This old man isn't feeling well today, so my son and I are sticking close to him while we read about the big lacrosse game in Children of the Longhouse.

ImperfectCJ @JoScho @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Thank you. He was 20 in February and has kidney disease and anemia and has defied the odds so far. I have a call in to the vet to see if we should adjust his treatment. 4y

JoScho Oh my goodness-that baby is 20?! That is so wonderful. I have and have had special needs pets and it is hard. I would love if you would keep me updated on him. 4y
ImperfectCJ @JoScho I'd be happy to keep you updated. Most of the time he's quite kitteny and spry, but every now and then he reminds us of his age. He's been purring more, which actually concerns me... he's not really a purrer, and I worry it means he's in pain. We'll get him checked over, though. 4y
