This book has my heart…….. “I love you more than I‘ve loved anything or anyone in my entire life, Annie Huxley.” That purely stole her breath. She didn‘t dare look at him. Rather, she stood there with heated shivers running through her veins in wee, sparkling streams. “And, I suspect, were I ever granted another life and another and another—a thousand lifetimes in a thousand different places—I should still say the same.”

sadiereads I‘ve been putting this one off but I neeeeed to get to it 2y

This was such a fun read. A highlander historical romance with two delightful main characters. A little bit of supernatural too. This is my first by this author and I look forward to reading more! 4⭐️A free space for my #bookspinbingo A magical pick for my #scarathlon2021 #teamhendrix #littenlisten

This was so adorable!!! I loved everything about Annie — vivid, fierce, (mostly) unapologetic, & just plain witty AF. The hero, John, matched her well in wits & courage, & I enjoyed seeing their banter (omg so much witty banter 😍). In fact, their chemistry was through the roof! The writing was a tiny bit awkward here & there, but the plot was enjoyable & the dialogue even more so. A great cozy read for a rainy day. ★★★★☆.
