Lis London decide empezar una nueva vida y se muda a casa de su hermana, que vive en Hollow Pike. Sin embargo, no todo all es nuevo para ella: la floresta de este pequeo y misterioso pueblo, que esconde una historia inquietante, es la misma que aparece en sus escalofriantes sueos de las ltimas noches: sueos cruentos en los que alguien trata de asesinarla. Ella quiere escapar de sus peores pesadillas, teme que puedan hacerse realidad... Really enjoyable read. The characters felt real, it was suspenseful and had a great spooky atmosphere.

veritysalter I agree that Meat Market looks good. I‘ve already read The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas and Lovely Bones (but would happily reread as both great). 3y
Chrissyreadit I think I need to read Meat Market but am terrified to- my daughter was just scouted and signed by IMG and I‘m excited but worried for all the implications of this job. 3y

I think surely certain issues are monitored more today and people are more aware now. Also we always hear more of the bad then the good. It will be great , I bet she will be fab 🥰 3y

So after listening to ‘The Year of Less‘ I solemnly swear this is my last book haul...no more .My shelves are bursting & kindle is full with unread books, if I‘m desperate I will venture to the library.
I don‘t have the strength that Cait had by donating the unread book pile but thought this would be a start,make it official . No more book buying. I seem to read one and end up with 5 more!! 😅

I was supposed to be writing today but I'm all on edge and distracted and the story isn't coming out right. So reading it is! This is a horror story about a girl who moves to a spooky new town.
