After a trip to urgent care this morning because of severe shoulder pain that turned into bad news (Degenerative Disc Disease in my cervical spine), I'm at home resting and ready to #JumpStartSummer. Reading and tea fixes everything, right?! I'll be reading the tagged book, The Dead Zone for #LosersClub, and Disenchanted for #BookSpin. I might even get to a couple of other books I checked out from the library since I won't be doing much else.

JenlovesJT47 Hope you feel better! Neck pain is the worst! 💚💚💚 2d
TheSpineView Poor thing! Feel better! Get some rest and read. 2d
Fortifiedbybooks @JenlovesJT47 thank you, and, yes, it is! With my back (I already have DDD in my lumbar spine), I can usually find a position that is at least mostly comfortable. I can't seem get away from this though, but at least a lidocaine patch and my microwaveable neck wrap is helping a bit. 2d
JenlovesJT47 Solidarity! I can never find a comfortable position unfortunately. The lidocaine patches are a lifesaver when I get bad flare ups. Happy reading and feel better soon 💚 2d
