Bk6 of July is done. I‘m slowly crawling out of my post-Covid brain fog & getting at least some reading done of physical books! I forgot I had this on my TBR, the last so far(and maybe ever)in the DCI Banks series. Hard to believe it‘s No27. Was a bit chaotic with two storylines twisted together but had it‘s good points. As always,some beautiful descriptions of the Yorkshire Dales & great music. The ending was 🤔 #BookspinBingo #SeriesRead2022

Property developer, Connor Clive Blaydon, is found dead. DCI Alan Banks investigations and finds out that the murder may be tied to a rape by Blaydon. Zelda, a friend of Banks, is determined to bring the men who abused her to justice. Banks believes that stirring up the murky waters of the past will put Zelda in far greater danger than ever before.

Peter Robinson isn‘t from Wales BUT I found out about his books from a friend of mine‘s husband who‘s from Wales. So it counts for #StDavidsDay right? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
