8th book finished for #Read2025 #JumpStart2025 @DieAReader @LizPixie

This was an excellent read about a young woman as she developed in adulthood during the Second World War. This covered some of her back story, the war element and a developing relationship with a Canadian. Kept me thoroughly entertained and will check out more by this author. Recommended 4.5 ⭐️ An excellent audiobook.

This boo was educational and intriguing enough to finish, but the plot and interactions throughout were fairly underwhelming. It was an incredibly easy read, which kept the momentum up. Would not read again.

The storyline was decent but the writing was juvenile and it seriously needs an editor. There were far too many missing or wrong words.

This was my #bookspin for October
