In honor of #Pride #LoveIsLove for today‘s #tuesdaytunes , I pick “Fever” by Judas Priest. Rob Halford, the singer for JP, officially came out as gay during an interview in 1998, and has since been a vocal advocate for LGBTQ rights. While Judas Priest is best known for “Breaking The Law”, the tender song “Fever” addresses Rob‘s journey, from feeling trapped in a false identity:
“Like I was in a cell, a captured heart as well”

DaveGreen7777 Judas Priest isn‘t known for having many ballads, but this song is truly heartwarming, especially since after writing it, Rob has been together with his husband for over 25 years! A beautiful story of a person finding love after learning to love himself for who he really is! 😊🌈 🏳️🌈 9mo
