So my #muglove arrived today!! How am I supposed to wait!? So excited

I was seriously suspicious of this tasting but boy was I wrong. It was amazing and I am so glad I went. The presenter was super knowledgeable and really explained things. I also may be ordering tea aged in whiskey barrels very soon.

Today I went with friends to a Tea Festival! We went to lecture on Japanese tea ceremonies and got to participate in one, had our tea leaves read, and went to a Tea and cheese pairing! Such a great day. Now to sleep because that was weirdly exhausting.

The Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines has an ongoing kids program centered around reading featuring Ruby the Red Reading Panda. Obviously I'm obsessed with it.
