4⭐𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬
-I love that this is set in MI…it makes everything more imaginable.
-It was fast-paced & thought-provoking
-Having everything be more imaginable makes it more scary…especially with the state of the world, which is both a pro & a con.
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬
-I‘m not always a fan of the narrator…she tends to make some words sound cheesy or maybe it‘s the writing🤷🏼‍♀️
-Each book is just a continuation of a full story…so there is no clear resolution.

I really like this series. This is book 2, this one is about the husband of the kidnapped woman and their son. It is pretty intense, and i felt cold through the whole book as it happened in winter. lol. #ISpyBingoMarch I got one spot. Didn't do too well on this bingo. Three readathons. #SeriesLove24 #ReadAway2024 #MarvelousMarchReadathon @Clwojick @TheAromaofBooks @TheSpineView @Andrew65 @DieAReader @GHABI4ROSES

Book #2 in the series. Noah knows his wife was taken. But he doesn‘t know where or by who. He‘s just trying to get by as a single dad when an EMP on Christmas Eve turns everything upside down. It‘s scary how quickly people can turn when they‘re cold, hungry, and scared.
